01

Connect

Easily pair to your bluetooth smart trainer — no menus to dig through. Automatically re-pairs next time.

02

Set a target / pattern

Watts, W/kg, % FTP, zone, or plain resistance — pick a number in seconds or quickly configure a pattern of repeats for intervals

03

Ride

The trainer holds the number. You just pedal — and watch a movie if you like.

Five ways to control resistance

01

ERG — Watts

A direct power target. Dial in the exact wattage your coach gave you.

02

ERG — W/kg

Power-to-weight targets, calculated from the body weight you store in the app - this number is the "equalizer" between people.

03

ERG — % of FTP

Train relative to your threshold — the way most structured programs are written.

04

ERG — Power zone

Z1–Z6 (with low/mid/high options). No mental math mid-interval.

05

Resistance

Plain 0–100% resistance mode, for when watts don't matter (this is based on your trainer's resistance capabilities).

Training programs are just patterns on repeat

Free rides, manual internals, automated intervals, ramps, pyramids, under/overs — or just import an ERG/MRC file from TrainingPeaks and hit play.

Quick to connect

On the bike before you've finished stretching

Zone CTRL automatically re-connects to a previously paired bluetooth smart trainer — supports FTMS-compatible trainers; most models from 2020 on, and plenty before. No recording, no data logging: use your usual watch or bike computer for that, and let Zone CTRL just drive the resistance.
